As a result of public testimony, the HIV Commission voted NOT to adopt the FY 2010 funding allocations as presented (which proposed eliminating funding for Nutrition Support [food] and Treatment Education) and to remand the FY 2010 funding allocations back to the Priorities and Planning Committee for further discussion.
